Not sure if ANC is the thing today, but I was provided with a pair of Mixcder's ANC-G5 earphones for testing. I've got to say, I'm pretty impressed with how capable these earphones are. I'm not quite sure if the price is fitting, but you get a pure and well-balanced sound - neutral most of the time, depends on the source.
The build quality and design are excellent, the use of materials is premium, the noise cancellation works pretty good (obviously not as good as with full-sized headphones).
Turning on the ANC seem to also amplify the sound noticeably.
A friendly advice - get foam tips for these earphones, they will improve your experience!
Excellent sound quality. It's well-balanced and will be liked by most casual listeners.
High volume levels without any amplification.
Has a battery-powered noise cancellation device which also amplifies the sound a bit. The earphones work normally even when the ANC is switched off.
Robust build quality and serious design. The product looks and feels quite premium.
Just some depth to the low-end, and a little bit detail in the highs, and these would have been some of the best earphones in the ~$50 range.
The inline remote has a metallic plate on the front.
Comfort & Fit
I'm not a fan of these ear loops, but surprisingly, these earphones are extremely comfortable and fit very well. When you actually use these adjustable ear loops, they put pressure on the ears. It's not the most pleasant sensation, but that way they have little chance of falling out.
However, foam tips work with these earphones much better!
Lows / Bass
The bass very much depends on the source. Connected to my ASUS Xonar DGX sound card, the bass is shallow and gentle. On my smartphone, which has a bassy setup, the bass shines. It's not very deep, but it's precise and enjoyable.
Mids / Vocals
These earphones have strong mids indeed. Vocals are pretty clear, energetic and full. The sound is very balanced, so no harshness and no booming bass, which means the vocals stay smooth and pleasant at all times.
Highs / Treble
The highs are very well balanced. They are loud but not harsh. You won't notice much micro-detail, but for the averege listener, these will be more than enough.
